You are welcome to make changes to your delivery address, until the item has been shipped. To make changes to the delivery address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the item has been shipped, we unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address.
All our items are delivered directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa, with our courier service. Delivery details and a tracking number will be sent to you once the item has been shipped.
The delivery cost is specified per item, upon checking out.
Delivery times may vary, depending on the item ordered and the delivery area. The expected delivery time for most items in main cities is 2 working days from payment, and may take up to 4 working days in regional/remote areas or on larger items.
- The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorised. For credit cards this means that once the bank gives us an authorisation code. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.
- Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the South African borders.
Parcels will by default be addressed to the purchaser. Should someone else be signing on your behalf for your parcel, please let us know before the item is shipped by emailing us on email@example.com.
